1. Make sure no flammable object around pizza oven

First, place the commercial electric pizza oven in a stable location and make sure there are no flammable objects around it. Place the pizza stone inside the oven and turn on the power.

2. Temperature and time settings

Set the temperature and time according to your food and cooking preferences. After setting, wait for the oven to preheat.

3. Prepare the food

Place the food to be cooked on the pizza stone and close the oven door to start cooking.

4. Check the cooking conditions

During cooking, pay attention to the condition of the food. If the food needs to be flipped, open the oven door and use the tool to flip the food. Once flipping is complete, continue cooking.

5. Remove the food

When the set time is reached, the oven will automatically stop heating and you will hear a “ding” sound. Turn off the power before removing the food.

6. Care and Maintenance

After turning off the power and waiting for the oven to cool, it should be cleaned promptly.
