The Grizzly V1 was Off-Grid’s first chef knife design, it was such a smash hit, we took customer feedback and made some upgrades and design enhancements with the new V2 version. First off, this ain’t your typical chef knife…staying with the signature Off-Grid overbuilt concept, the goal was to create a chef knife that feels like a hefty fixed blade, but with a slicey outdoor vibe. The Grizzly V2 has a huge belly, full flat grind, with a clip point blade design that is extremely thin behind the edge. The large blade is accompanied by a beefy G10 handle with smooth and comfortable scales and a lanyard opening. The grip will fill your hand and offer excellent control, comfort and ergonomics with plenty of knuckle clearance. We also added a pinch grip design for detailed chopping and slicing. The blade is made with Sandvik 14C28N steel which takes a razors edge, easy to sharpen and has excellent corrosion resistance. We are confident the Grizzly V2 will become your go-to cooking knife whether you’re camping, in your home kitchen or ruling your backyard BBQ.
